the Merc wants you to pay for BART…again
I just read the Mercury News online. (By the way, I think it is good to read the Mercury News online because then you don’t get super-depressed about how thin the paper is getting when you hold a hard copy…) Anyway, it looks like the Editorial Board met with Carl Guardino and he sold them on the BART tax idea…again…
