California Budget Deal Inked…81 Days Late
As Watch Dog predicted here, the Governor threatened a veto.
As Watch Dog also predicted, a key sticking point for the Governor was the “accelerated withholdings” from Californian’s paychecks in 2009. Perhaps the Governor’s office saw the Watch Dog post and didn’t want a revolt on his hands…
