Is Redwood City Really Trying to "Manhattanize" Downtown?
It’s no secret that Redwood City’s downtown plan has seen some controversy — but now that controversy is backed up by a Judge’s ruling.

The long and the short seem to be that the environmental review wasn’t done particularly well — or at least not well enough to head off potential, and now seemingly successful, lawsuits.
