Still Counting…What Gives?
If you are like Watch Dog, you wonder why it takes weeks to finalize the vote count after elections.
Well, thanks to a Registrar in San Mateo County that cares that people, and Watch Dogs, can understand the process, they blogged about what they are doing right now to finish the count.
