Morning News Round-Up — 3.4.10: Boston Globe covers San Mateo County…

Well, our County’s most notorious (alleged) psychiatrist/molester Dr. William Ayres made the front page of a major newspaper yesterday… the Boston Globe. Apparently, Ayres was in practice in Boston in the 60s and Boston Police and the Suffolk County District Attorney are looking for possible victims. On the same day as that story…
The head of Everest (and Summit), Diane Tavenner, got a statewide award from the California Charter Schools Association. It sounds like they love her, they really, really love her
Even as the San Mateo-Foster City Elementary School District passed their parcel tax this year, 100 pink slips will be delivered.
A crime spree in San Carlos! 10 cars were broken in to with stuff stolen on Tuesday night… You missed our car asshole!
Bruce at PP Examiner has a look at the taxes that the County is considering… there are a half dozen possible taxes, for your wallet’s information
