Stop. The. Presses… Part II
The election really isn’t over…
In the Santa Clara County Supervisors race, the battle for second place between Forrest Williams and Teresa Alvarado (and a place in the run-off against Mike Wasserman) is still being counted. It went from a bunch of votes on election night to 33 votes to 43 votes back to 39 votes yesterday.
.. so that is still too close to call. (Or is it?) Alvarado is telling supporters to stay tuned… Does she know something we don’t?
In the race to replace Nora Campos on the San Jose City Council, it seems that Magdalena Carrasco has overtaken Xavier Campos (Campos, Jr.) in the vote tally for the top spot. The two are going to face off in November no matter what, but it is interesting…
