Daily Fetch 4.3.12: Court denials abound…

It is a sad day in the Bay Area, which will overshadow any silly things we write today…

Well, Protect San Jose couldn’t have had a better day yesterday. They breathlessly Tweeted (can one breathlessly Tweet?) that San Jose Councilmember Pete Constant’s challenge to the ballot argument against the pension reform measure was denied

Speaking of denied in court… You’ll remember that San Jose’s Casino M8trix filed a case suing the City of San Jose for causing delays in their open date because of permitting problems and asking the court to make the City move faster. The court said no… We wonder if the radio ads will stop running anytime soon.

We have resisted writing about this for a long time, but there is an American Idol contestant that is still in the running: DeAndre Brackensick. He’s a senior at Oak Grove and he might just win…
